The Tinta de Toro (Tempranillo) vines used for the reds range in age from 80 years old to over 100 years and have the richness and complexity that one would expect. La Jefa is a rare white wine from a region famous for red. Made principally from very old Malvasia vines in a non-interventionist style, this is a wine that will surprise and delight wine lovers.
