Cono Sur Organic Cabernet/Carmenere

This bright, clean and intense Carmenere is viola red in colour and expresses aromas of black fruits such as blackberries, morello cherries and cassis with hints of black pepper, cocoa, chocolate and mocha. The palate is full-bodied, smooth and balanced with ripe tannins and a long, delicate finish. Accompany this Chilean variety with red and white meats, cheeses and well-seasoned sauces.
